Little pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears' television show Zoey 101 has been axed, Nickelodeon has decided against working statutory rape turned teenage
pregnancy into the hit television series, reports The Sun.The fourth and final season has already been filmed, with two episodes that will see the end of US schoolgirl Zoey. And a show source further revealed:
“Nickelodeon bosses are still undecided whether to air season four or not. For now it looks like it has been canned.”

Because....she supposedly was sleeping with an older man and Casey is a cover. The mother will not press charges because its better for Jamie to have been with a 18 year old boy than a 40 year old man.

My only question is why isn't her 18 year old boyfriend under arrest for statutory rape. Regardless of whether the relationship or sex was 'consentual' or not, according to the law a person under the 'age-of-consent' is not consider capable of giving consent to sex and it is unlawful for an adult under any circumstances to have sex with a person under the age-of-consent. But I guess famous children and their law breaking adult friends or boyfriends have special rights and allowed to do what the rest of us regular citizens would go to prison for.
