At the premiere of the 3-D movie Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds, Miley Cyrus talked to Extra about the inevitable pressures felt by
former teen stars like Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan:"The pressure is definitely hard, but I think just keeping your head on your shoulders is easier than it looks. I think if you know who you are, then I think you'll be fine for the rest of the way."
When asked about Britney:
"I think it's so crazy and I think that she needs help. If I didn't have my family, I'd probably be in the same position. You've just got to know who your true friends are and I think for me, that's my mom..
Well, obviously Jamie Lynn isn't very helpful to Brit. Do you think Miley could end up like Britney Spears?

im a fan of miley but we all no britney is way more famous. all britney needs is some help n she'll be back to the good old britney everyone loved!! people just need to leave her alone!!!!
My children and I have met many celebrities. Since i have children now i have become a huge fan of their music too. We were insulted, publicly humiliated by these people. What started out as a great day (i even checked my kids out of school to go try to meet Miley) turned into a nightmare! We have met alot of stars, my favorites Hilary Duff and Ali and AJ. They seemed just as thrilled to meet us as we were them. i’m sure meeting fans can get aggravating but IF YOU DON’T WANT FANS DON’T BE FAMOUS and........sorry to say, but some are lucky to become stars, some work hard and acieve stardom, and some are born to a star and made into one. No offense to Miley it’s great that she has become what she is, but remember girl, it’s your fans that buy each cd, poster, t’shirt, and concert ticket. remember behind every cd sale is a person. that day was especially tramatic to my son. Those guys/men with her entourage acted like she was the fricken pope. how stupid . protect her from herself

I think it's a little too soon to be sporting theories about that don't you? I mean she's what fifteen years old and already bigger than Britney in the celebrity sense. She appeals to such a wide audience unlike Britney. I mean from the minute we see her in her first video "Hit me baby one more time." It was apparent she was wild and that sultry voice and sexy songs told listeners she's was a bad girl. Right? Now with Miley, I think she's having fun. Rightfully so. She's a talented young singer/actress who has a great set of parents behind her. So I feel she's surpassed Britney on so many levels that this discussion is moot at best. Let's not judge her people. Just enjoy the gift she gives to the world. Now when she jumps in the ocean in her panties I'll worry but till then. I hope all little girls look up to Miley.
