Spy Kids starlet Alexa Vega, 19, shocked photographers with her glimmering red, heart-shaped top at the Hottie & The Nottie premiere in LA Monday night. Alexa was there to show support for orange ostrich (Paris Hilton) who she costarred with in the soon to be released bomb, Repo! The Genetic Opera.
