Ashlee Simpson, 23, revealed to Us magazine how getting plastic surgery in 2006 changed her life.
"I used to look at a beautiful girl on the cover of a magazine and think I could never be that. I definitely embrace my sexy side, but at the end of the day, I still feel like the girl next door.
I like to get dressed up now, and that's something I've never been into before. I think as long as people have two eyes, then you probably know the answer.
