Billy Ray Cyrus Claims He Did Not Ban Miley From Seeing Lindsay Lohan

Billy Ray Cyrus denies that he deleted Lindsay Lohan's phone number from daughter Miley's cell phone. Miley recently met Linds at Grammy weekend event. On Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show, he asked Billy Ray if he went through Miley's phone and erased Lindsay's number. Billy Ray responded:

'We love Lindsay. I wanna be the person [Miley] wants to talk to. I just want to be one of those friends.' You should have deleted it Billy!
