Sophie Monk: "Benji Did Not Break Off Our Engagement For Paris Hilton."

Australian actress Sophie Monk claims her ex-fiancé Benji Madden did not break off their engagement in order to date Hollywood libertine Paris Hilton. She revealed:

"Let me make this as plain as possible, Benji did not leave me for Paris Hilton. Benji and I did not break up badly or anything like that. We both decided as adults our relationship had run its course and decided to move on."

The Monk / Madden romance began 18 months ago after they met on the set of a Good Charlotte video. Under the cut are pictures of the new ugly couple hand in hand in parking garage in Hollywood.
