Britney Spears Drops 15 Pounds In 4 Weeks, Her Secret Diet Food Revealed

britneyslim.jpgNewly slimmed down mom Britney Spears is adopting a longterm plan, she's not popping laxatives and diet pills. The 5'4" pop star. who recently dropped 15 pounds, has replaced soda and fast food with five, small protein- packed meals a day. Dr. David Katzin of Fresh Diet said, 'eating five meals a day will boost your metabolism.'

Brit's even cut back on her Starbucks Frappuccinos! A barista at a Malibu Starbucks told OK! magazine: "Britney used to come in every day. Now she just comes in from time to time and orders a lighter version.'

Britney works out regularly with..
..daily dance workouts at LA's Millennium Dance Complex, where she does. squats along with chair and pole dancing. When she does run, it's on a treadmill at home. Brit said, 'I don't like to work out because my legs get bulky. Dancing makes me leaner.'

On Entertainment Tonight, her secret diet food was revealed. It's flaxseed. She puts it onto her yogurt and numerous other snacks to help her feel more full.
