Hayden Panettiere To Play A 'Gay Best Friend' In Manhattan

'Heroes' starlet Hayden Panettiere, 18, is in talks to star in a film adaptation of the novel 'Naomi and Ely's No Kiss List', reports Variety.

'No Kiss List' takes place in Manhattan, where Naomi and her gay best friend Ely protect their soulmate friendship by creating a list of people deemed off limits to kiss. Their friendship comes under fire when Ely kisses Naomi's boyfriend.

Hayden is currently playing the title role in the Chris Columbus directed comedy 'I Love You, Beth Cooper'.
