Jamie Lynn Spears: "I'm In Therapy!"

Pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears recently revealed to a friend that she's seeking the advice of a life coach near her Kentwood, La., home, according to In Touch Weekly.

Britney and mom Lynne Spears are reportedly causing Jamie Lynn to have second thoughts on carrying the baby to term. Jamie is afraid that the depression that runs in her family will overshadow her joy of having the child. A friend, who notes that Britney suffered from postpartum depression, said:

"Her sister, Britney, changed for the worse as soon as she had children. Jamie Lynn's terrified the same thing will happen to her."
