Newlyweds Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz have a signed a prenuptial agreement, reports OK! magazine

Joe Simpson insisted that Ash and Pete get their finances in order before getting married, particularly since Jessica reportedly had to pay more than $10 million following her divorce with Nick Lachey.

Ashlee married in sunset ceremony at her parents’ Encino, CA estate on Saturday. She is reportedly four months pregnant, and is worth $6 million.
