Gossip Girl hotties Blake Lively and Penn Badgley have been denying their on-set romance for ages now.  But the two lovebirds were just spotted cavorting in Mexico over the weekend.  They are reportedly staying at the ultra-chic Paraiso de la Bonita, in the Mayan Riviera and were just photographed sharing a steamy kiss in the resort's outdoor pool.
