Sultry singer Fergie, who appeared to be intoxicated, was spotted stumbling out of NYC's Waverly Inn to her car on Wednesday night.

Thankfully, her bodyguard grabbed her as she rolled and scraped up her ankle.

Fergie was extremely embarrassed and tried to play it off by smiling for the paparazzi surrounding her.
